Peter focuses his practice on patent prosecution and intellectual property protection. He assists clients with patent applications, USPTO filings, office action responses, invention protection, and related issues involving the ownership, use, and commercialization of technology.

His role is to help clients make practical decisions about what should be protected, when to pursue protection, and how to build an IP strategy that supports the business behind the invention.
