On July 12, 2023, Davis Law PLC obtained a judgment in the Chesapeake Circuit Court for treble damages and attorneys fees in the amount of $150,014.64 for our client in a breach of contract and Virginia Consumer Protection Act case. The case involved argument that a Defendant company performing pool installation services for our client failed to perform the work contracted for, or otherwise performed deficient work, causing damage to our client’s property. Furthermore, we argued that the Defendant Company was not properly licensed with DPOR to perform the work contracted for.
