Danielle Bagenski Joins the Real Estate and Business Litigation Teams

Danielle Bagenski joined Davis, Burch & Abrams as an intern during her final year of law school in 2024 and became an associate attorney after graduating from Regent University School of Law in 2025. Before moving to Virginia Beach to pursue her law degree, Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hillsdale College.

During her time at Regent, Danielle gained valuable experience interning for the Honorable Robert J. Humphreys of the Virginia Court of Appeals and working as a Law Clerk for local law firms, where she further developed her legal skills in real estate law and business litigation. While at Regent, Danielle also excelled academically, earning the Ronald L. Fick Book Award for outstanding performance in Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing. She also served as a Senior Editor for Regent University’s Law Review and was a member of the Business Law Society and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.
