Rachael Zamora is often one of the first people clients interact with at Davis, Burch & Abrams. She supports new client intake and helps check in with existing clients during active matters, bringing steady communication, organization, and care to the client experience.
Rachael’s role is centered on two things: helping prospective clients feel heard at the beginning of the process and helping current clients stay connected as their matters move forward. She supports scheduling, intake coordination, client follow-up, and internal communication across the firm.
Before joining Davis, Burch & Abrams, Rachael worked with boutique local law firms, supporting attorneys through case coordination, document management, client communication, and fast-moving matter support. That background helps her understand how important responsiveness, confidentiality, and clear handoffs are to the client experience.
Known for strong communication, attention to detail, and a positive client-service mindset, Rachael provides reliable support to the firm’s attorneys, staff, and clients.
Outside the office, Rachael enjoys spending time with her two children, exploring the outdoors, running, and staying active through competitive volleyball.
