Joshua Orobia

Associate

Joshua Orobia is a corporate business attorney at Davis, Burch & Abrams. He began as an intern in January 2024 and was hired full-time after graduating with honors from Regent University School of Law in May. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, graduating cum laude from George Mason University in 2020.

At Regent, Josh excelled academically, earning the Ronald L. Fick Book Award for outstanding performance. He was also actively involved in the James Kent Inns of Court, served as Vice President of the Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association, and contributed to legal research for international nonprofits through the Center for Global Justice.

Before becoming an attorney, Josh gained valuable experience as a judicial intern at the Newport News Circuit Court, where he assisted in legal research and observed civil and criminal trials. He further developed his legal skills in real estate matters before joining Davis, Burch & Abrams.

A Virginia Beach native, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, two cats, and family. He also leads worship and youth ministries at Harvest VA Church and loves sports like basketball, volleyball, golf, surfing, snowboarding, and pickleball.
