Savvas advises on U.S. and Canadian corporate structuring, business and commercial agreements, technology transactions, and privacy and cybersecurity laws. He guides companies expanding across the U.S.-Canadian border—whether heading north or south—and he offers virtual data privacy officer services to small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
