Experienced Lawyers
We welcome applications from Virginia lawyers with experience in commercial litigation or business transactions who are looking to make a lateral move. Lawyers with at least five years experience, demonstrative integrity, and a book of business may be eligible for an accelerated equity partner track.
New Lawyers
We occasionally hire entry level lawyers with exceptional credentials who have a demonstrable desire to become a business attorney.
Interns
We regularly bring on legal interns who are either 2Ls or 3Ls, with exceptional credentials, excellent writing skills, and who plan to take the Virginia bar.
Paralegals
We offer a positive and collaborative work environment for paralegals. We sometimes offer on-the-job training for highly organized and responsible individuals who do not have formal paralegal training or experience.
